1.Do you ship worldwide?
Sorry, due to the new coronavirus epidemic, our logistics can only be shipped to certain countries. For those orders with an order amount of more than $39, we will free shipping them to countries and regions where logistics permits.

2. Where you ship goods from ?
Normally we ship the goods from China. meanwhile we have also warehouse in United States. It depends on the situation of warehouse.

3.What is the shipping cost ?
Free shipping will be provided if your order amount is more than $39, otherwise, $9.9 shipping will be charged for each order..

4. What is the shipping time ?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
Order verification, quality check and packaging. 1-5 working days after received the order.

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.we are shipped by 4PX Express, which usually take between 7 - 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

5. How do I track my package?
You can track the package via the tracking code in the confirmation email.

Payment & Ordering
1.What payment terms you can accept?
We can accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

2. My payment was declined, why?
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases) etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.

Solutions: Try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.

3.How do I cancel my order?
Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email.

4.What if my address is wrong?
The logistics policy is that the delivery address cannot be changed after the package is sent. If you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address, you must contact us within 24 hours after confirming the order, and I will refund you.
